Delivery

The delivery will be done in as approximate period of five working days after confirming payment. If it was no stock of the ordered product, it would be notified to our customer by email, so to send it as soon as possible or cancel it.

Taxes

All articles of our online store include VAT of Spain.

Payment methods

The payment of TEMPORTEC product in the online store can be made through bank transfer to our number account, PayPal or cash on delivery.

The payment of AIRTEC product in the online store can be made through bank transfer to our number account or PayPal. No cash on delivery payments are admitted with AIRTEC product.

We just keep your data until we have managed your order.

Delivery expenses

For shipments to UK, the shipping charges will be free.

For shipments abroad, check delivery expenses with Temportec enterprise by the e-mail consultas@temportec.com

Guarantee

You have a ten-day natural period to give the product back since the reception of the order and notifying it in consultas@temportec.com. On that case, delivery expenses will run on customer. Refund products must be given back in perfect conditions and on its original packaging.

Once checked the refund condition, it will proceed to reimbursement of the paid amount by the paying method used on the purchase.

No refunds will be accepted if product packaging is not the original and is not in perfect condition. Original packaging should be protected so as to be received in perfect conditions.

In case of erroneous deliveries and refunds by defaults, the enterprise will send you a new product as soon as possible and without cost.
